PARADISE MAKEOVERS is pleased to announce their Inaugural innovative holistic women's 10 day luxury retreat in Bali, Indonesia which is scheduled for the 16th to 26th of November 2008 and will include accommodation in a 5 star luxury hotel, yoga & meditation sessions, body scrubs, massages, facials and other spa treatments as well as non surgical cosmetic therapies such as laser whitening, IPL rejuvenation, botox and LIPOTOMY.
The lucky ladies will also be treated to a professional stylist consultation which will advise on how to dress for age & shape as well as revamping their image with hair & makeup update and get detailed detox advice.
The retreat will be in Ubud, the cultural and artistic centre of Bali, where there will be plenty of opportunities to explore this beautiful area, shop at the designer boutiques and eat delicious fresh food at fabulous restaurants, as well as taking part in temple ceremonies, all the while capturing the feelings of serenety and delight through the expression of creative writing, so the memories can be relived again and again!
This holistic retreat is a vision of Susan Banhegyi, your Tour Director, who has devoted the past 25 years of her life in the search for equanimity, balance and harmony in her own life.
The effects of our ailments are numerous, and so the causes must be addressed in a multitude of ways. There are no ‘one size fits all’ solutions, no pills or potions can be relied on to be cure alls. So this holistic retreat is a new beginning to the rest of your healthy and fulfilled life.
You will learn what works for you…you will be given the opportunity to explore your inner soul, question what makes you happy and how to listen to and honour your inner voice, to make small but significan changes in your daily life that will have a huge impact on your sense of wellbeing…
Early morning yoga in the gardens by the pool with a Yoga Master will get your blood flowing and feeding every cell of your body with freshly oxygenated red cells. Your mind, body and spirit will be awakened to to face the day with vigour and energy. What a joy!
The first day will be devoted to touring the sights, sounds and tastes of Ubud all together as a group.We will enjoy a lovely lunch and later as a reward for all our walking, a sumptuous Bali coffee.
The subsequent days will be divided into clinic sessions, between 9am to 5pm, with each guest receiving her own personal schedule of treatments and times. Their will be ‘free time’ to use as you will, laze by the pool with a book, go into town to shop or just wander, either alone or with another retreat guest(s), or just catch some zzz’s in your room.
Evenings will provide a chance to assess and record your day with writing classes before heading off to dine at a different restaurant each night and explore the night vibe of Ubud.
