Ground-floor opportunity for a Medical Spa Operations Director
in Southern, NJ

The required individual must live in either NJ or PA and will be in charge of keeping the medical spa functioning smoothly through coordination, communication and cooperation of this small specialized facility. The Director is required to have at least 2-3yrs experience in a medical office or spa and also have some management experience. He/She must be able to demonstrate leadership skills, to oversee the floor of daily operations, to delegate and motivate others, and to multi-task. The facility will have three treatment rooms and it is scheduled to open at the end of October. Since the size of the medical spa is so small, the Director will be required, at least initially to perform some the aesthetic/massage services, alongside the part-time employees. As the business grows the director can increase/decrease the performed services, as long as the cash flow warrants. Competitive salary with growth potential.
