I've been lurking here for awhile reading the various posts and I was wondering if anyone could comment here if they have had any experience with this.

We are planning a trip come November for 5 nights to Anse Chastanet in St Lucia., West Indies.

I see that the resort offers spa treatments but have no idea if we need to pre-book our spa treatments in advance?

This is the very FIRST getaway for my hubby and myself to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and so I would hate to arrive and find out that all their slots are filled.  :(  That wouldn't be good!!!!  :)

So I guess my question is, should we book these in advance?

Maybe I am concerned for no reason but it would sure ease my mind to know!   :D

Hi travelinfam,

We have not personally stayed at the Anse Chastanet but he have stayed at the Jalousie Plantation there some 3 years ago. By the way we really loved St Lucia and had a good experience there.  Wait till you see those PITONS!!!!!!!

I will tell you that we waited to book the spa treatments and did not have a problem getting our appointments at all and this was PEAK season!

You will be traveling at a less peak time so I can't imagine you will have any problems.
Plus if I remember correctly, the Anse Chastanet is a smaller property with less guests so I can't imagine it being an issue at all!

Maybe Spalady can give you her take on this, just to be sure though.  If you booked it through them perhaps they could tell you for sure. They have been really helpful to us in planning our trip.

Hope this helps. We are going on a spa trip too before the end of the year so I am right with you here! Can't wait!!!!!!!!  :)

Travelinfam you should be fine.

We have personally visited Anse Chastanet and SpaAddict is right, it is a smaller property and there was never any problem with the staff working in our treatments.

Just to add a note about the property itself....
When we traveled there 4 years ago, my husband and I stayed in a Hillside Deluxe room and had a great view but I don't think ANY room there would have a bad view, so you are in for a treat!

It's one of our all time favorite islands and resorts.

I am sure you will enjoy it.   :)

Did you happen to view the pics of this property on our site? If not this should get you even more excited!
