SIGNS THAT YOU NEED A RELAXATION RETREAT SELF TEST

It takes one week of vacation for you to relax enough to feel like you’re even on a vacation____

Your speech is hurried & pressured, with words bursting out in a staccato rhythm____

Your life is even more stressful than usual____

You live with any one of a wide array of stress-related symptoms, such as digestive problems, sleep disorders, or high blood pressure____

You’ve lost perspective about what you truly value in your life____

You’ve become more tense, serious, and inflexible than you’d like to admit____

You can’t remember the last time you did something unexpected,
spontaneous and fun____

You over-schedule yourself and feel pressured by time____

Its difficult for you to soften and connect with your feelings____

You’re having daydreams about running off to live at some South Sea or Caribbean Island____

You’re tired of the voices in your head, and you’d like more internal quiet____

Your life is out of balance____

……Are any of these, areas you can relate to?

If you’ve checked off even one, you are definitely in need of a “Relaxation Retreat” so why not take this moment to prioritize and begin taking that time for yourself, with soothing spa rituals to heal Mind, Body & Spirit…………

Your destination today is “RELAXATION” so let’s BEGIN~  :)
