Feet feeling achey and tired?  A rejuvenating scrub with a mixture of 500 g coarse sea salt and 30 drops of peppermint (Mentha piperita) essential oil can work miracles on feet. Fill a tub with hot water (place a towel on the floor next to the tub). Take a little water in your hand, add some of the salt mixture to make a slurry, rub this on the soles of your feet, then place your feet in the water. Repeat until you have used up the salt mixture, then soak your feet in the tub of hot water until the water has cooled down. Towel dry your feet. Your feet will feel refreshed, and so will you. If your feet swell, add plenty of celery, parsley, and cucumber to your diet as they are natural diuretics and will assist in removing excess water from your system.
