The Spa Director is responsible for directing and managing the overall operation of the Spa and Fitness Center, including revenue budget, cost control, hiring and training of staff, in order to maintain established luxury boutique standards. This includes consistently ensuring the highest levels of professionalism, guest service, teamwork, and quality of services provided.
Candidate must have demonstrated success in spa management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates in a way that promotes the Old Edwards Hospitality Group mission and values.
