Sonya Dakar Skin Care Clinic, located in Beverly Hills is currently in search of talented Spa Director

The Spa Director will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service and optimum financial performance.

Skills and Requirements

* Oversee the operation of the clinic to ensure achievement of sales goals, business objectives and daily operations
* Continue to grow and build overall business through strategic marketing and other creative strategies
* Oversee job performance of staff
* Effectively utilize recruiting techniques to attract and hire qualified staff
* Review, evaluate, and provide feedback on employee performance
* Maintain knowledge and understanding of standardized treatments and participate in ongoing up-dated training of treatment programs

Qualifications

* Requires full knowledge of spa operations with 3-5 years minimum of demonstrative spa management experience
* Must posses excellent marketing skills and experience
* Requires a working knowledge of computers, Excellent verbal and written skills
* Ability to demonstrative leadership, flexibility, and motivation skills; team player
* Must possess excellent communications skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
* Must possess “Excellent Customer Service” and problem solving skills
* Knowledge of professional Spa services and treatments
* Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems
* Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
* Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
* Able to show initiative and make decisions
