8 STEP RELAXING FACIAL SPA MASSAGE Step 1Use all 4 fingers of the left hand. Beginning at the right collar bone, form small circular motions, applying less pressure on the downward stroke. Continue upward towards nape of neck. Repeat 5 times. Continue procedure using the right hand on the left side. Step 2 Use back of fingers on both hands. Beginning under the chin, move outward to earlobes with firm lifting movement. Repeat 10 times. Step 3 Place first 2 fingers of both hands below the jaw line. Place third fingers just above jaw line. Continue lifting movement from chin to ears. Repeat 10 times. Step 4 Place first fingers of both hands together under lower lip. Trace in opposite directions around lip, lifting corners and meeting at bow. Repeat 10 times. Step 5 Use first 3 fingers of both hands. Beginning on cushion of cheeks, lift firmly towards temples. Repeat 10 times. Step 6 Place first fingers of both hands on opposite sides of nose at bridge. Form circular motions, applying less pressure on the downward stroke. Continue downward, including wings and tip of nose. Repeat 5 times. Step 7 Place middle fingers on upper lids and third fingers across to outer corners of the eyes. Complete strokes to the temples with slightly increased pressure, ending with added pressure at the temples. Repeat 5 times. Step 8 Use first 3 fingers of both hands. Starting at bridge of nose, use firm lifting strokes upward and outward to hairline. Repeat 10 times. Didn't that feel wonderful?  |
