Abundant Life Wellness Centre offers its guests a Variety of Health Retreats:
Prevent: - 10-Day Whole Body Detox Cleanse - A very advanced whole body cleanse of all body systems used to achieve weight loss, boosting immune system and start recovery.
Reverse: - 14-Day Weight loss Program - An advanced program for weight loss, reversal of major degenerative conditions and lifestyle renewal.
Relax: - 6-day Juice Rejuvenation - Tight for time? Refocus, Relax and Re-nourish yourself in just 6 days!
For the past 5 years, the Abundant Life Wellness Centre in Alberta, Canada has dedicated itself to helping guests recover from a variety of conditions and diseases in order to start living life to the fullest. Some guests arrive without major illness, but have a desire to improve their overall health and learn how to eat properly for maximum health. Others seemingly crawl to get here, having lost hope or feeling as if their bodies are breaking down. Whichever the reason, when our guests conclude our program, it's as if a miracle has happened. We offer 6 day, 10 day, or 14 day cleansing programs tailored to your needs. The 6 day program is a Juice Rejuvenation (Juice Fasting) program, the 10 day program is an Advanced Whole Body Cleanse, and the 14 day program is a complete Health and Wellness Makeover. Whichever program you choose, everyone leaves with bright and shining eyes, bodies full of health, and a restored radiance and enthusiasm.
Delicious and Healthy Dining Fare Prepared with Care
Our retreat guests consume a raw diet of vegetables, fruits, sprouted grains, water, and a variety of fresh-squeezed juices, as well as cleansing drinks. Our guests do not spend their stay feeling hungry, either physically or mentally. We feed both the body and eye, with attractively presented, colorful and healthful meals and snacks. Our 6-10-14 day Wellness Programs includes variety of different vegetable and fruit juices served daily, which our team members created and tested themselves. The combinations of vegetables and fruit our blends consist of are specially chosen for their cleansing properties with focus on the GI tract, liver and blood.
Detox and Rejuvenation Rituals
Guests will also enjoy daily steam baths and hydrotherapy treatments designed to assist with them with the elimination of toxins, boosting the immune system, weight loss, clearing the respiratory system, and beautifying the skin. Our health based program includes rejuvenating treatments which are designed to increase a feeling of well-being, including Skincare, Massage, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, Colonics, Salt Glows, Infrared Sauna, and more.
While our spa services are not included in the package, they are provided for additional fees.
Your Retreat Accommodations
Abundant Life Wellness Centre is housed in the 8000 sq ft historic "Lavoy Hotel", conveniently located just one hour East of Edmonton. The retreat can comfortably host up to 14 people at double (shared) occupancy, and less when guests request private rooms. This small group size enables us to assure personalized one-on-one attention and the availability of solitude and peace. We offer seven fully furnished bedrooms for wellness retreat guests participating in the detox cleansing program; private rooms have one queen size bed per room, while shared rooms have one full and one single bed. To contribute to comfort and privacy, the retreat has eight bathrooms and three showers. We encourage our guests to "unplug" during their stay, but we make available a business center with a telephone, wireless internet access and a computer for checking email. Rooms are equipped with televisions, and we have a central media room as well, where health related programming is presented to all guests.
