The Canadian Wellness Centre at the ranch is a complete lifestyle adjustment center which provides the environment, the support, and the professional services to help people change and improve their lifestyle in pursuit of long-term wellness, health, and happiness.
A variety of activities are available at the The Hills Health Ranch including horseback riding, hiking, golf, and mountain biking. With tens of thousands of acres of wilderness, ranging from ranchland to wildlife preserves and game bird marshland sanctuaries, the Hills offers guests a premier walking or hiking experience. The Hills has a mapped and marked network of 200 km of trail which you can enjoy on a casual walk, hike, or on one of our guided hikes. The trails are fantastic throughout the non-winter months, but are best enjoyed in the spring or fall months, when the temperature is cooler. Mountain biking, a fast growing activity internationally, is also stirring more interest at the Hills. The trail system with very few technical rides is ideal for people new to the activity as well as being extensive enough to wear out an experienced rider.
Whatever activity you choose, you will benefit from the clean, fresh air, the clear, pure water, and the beautiful natural wilderness. In the evening, you can enjoy a delightful hayride or test your coordination and have a few laughs as we teach you country line-dancing! Or relax in the new 1871 Lodge, where you can share your daily experiences with other guests. The Hills is located in 100 Mile House, in British Columbia. We welcome pets in our Chalet rooms.
