Squash court bookings may be made 24 hours in advance, and equipment can be rented. Fitness classes can include early morning hikes, yoga, pilates, traditional aerobics, step, body sculpt and weight room circuits, and are taught by certified instructors. Certified Fitness Professionals provide personal training, lifestyle consultation, fitness assessment, and nutritional analysis, for nominal fees.
